Q: Is it a capsule hotel?
A: No it is not. All the guest rooms are individually separated rooms.

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: No, there is no curfew. It is 24-hour facilities

Q: Can we stay in the room during daytime in case if we stay for multiple nights?
A: Yes, you can use the room from the time of check-in (13:00) to the time of check-out (10:00).

Q: Do you have a parking space?
A: No, there is a pay parking nearby (map).

Q: Do you take credit card or debit card?
A: Yes,we do take VISA,MasterCard,JCB,and Amex credit payment.

Q: When do we make a payment?
A: You make a payment at the time of check-in.
About Plan

Q: What is weekly plan?
A: It is for those of you who will stay for 6 nights. You make a payment for the weekly plan at the time of check-in; otherwise, the discount will not apply. No refund is made for cancellation after the payment is made.

Q: What is weekend plan?
A: The discount is for the weekend that is only offered online. You cannot use this plan with other types of discount plan.

Q: Do you have any plan for long-term stay?
A: We have a monthly plan for only Y88000. Also we offer multiple-night stay plan and weekly plan for your needs.

Q: Do you have any discount for twin rooms?
A: Twin rooms are for Y6000/night/room. There is no discount plan for twin rooms.

Q: Can we check in earlier?
A: The check-in time is 13:00. You can check in if the room(s) are ready.

Q: Can we stay longer than check-out time?
A: We would like to have the guest rooms ready for the next guests. Late check-out will result in a charge for another night.

Q: Is the lady’s floor only for ladies?
A: Yes. 9th and 10th floors are only for ladies. We have those guest rooms ready with some items like extra brancket, hair dryer, whole-body mirror etc…

Q: Can you stay at hotel if you are under age?
A: Yes, you can stay only with a parental agreement signed.

Q: Do you charge different for western- and Japanese-style rooms?
A: No, it costs the same.

Q: Is there any difference in room size between western- and Japanese-style rooms?
A: No. the room size is the same.

Q: What is the amenities?
A: Plasma TV, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, Kleenex, and hangers.

Q: Is bathrooms attached to each guestrooms?
A: Japanese-style sento and shower are available on the first floor. Toilet and sinks are available on each floor.

Q: Is there a bed in western-style guest rooms?
A: Yes, all the western-style guest rooms are with a bed.

Q: Can we cook in the guest rooms?
A: We do not have any cooking facilities. Any activities that could cause fire is strictly prohibited.

Q: Is there any microwave or hot water?
A: Yes, there is a microwave and electric kettle on each floor.

Q: Can we smoke in the guest rooms?
A: You can smoke only in the smoking rooms; otherwise, there is an ashtray just outside of the hotel entrance.

A: Yes, we have 2 in 1 shampoo and body soap ready.

Q: Do you have any place to eat in the hotel?
A: No, but there are some casual restaurants, convenience stores closeby. Plus, you can have a quick delivery (e.g. pizza) in the guest rooms.

Q: Do you have detergent available in the laundry?
A: Yes, you can purchase it at the front desk.

Q: Do you have any internet access from the guest rooms?
A: Yes, you can your own computer in the room to access the internet. Lan cable is available at the front desk.

Q: Can we deliver our luggage to/from the hotel?
A: Yes, to receive it on the day of your arrival, please specify your check-in date with the personnel of delivery/mailing services. You need to have your personal identification ready . To deliver your luggage from the hotel, it is recommended to use pay at arrival delivery service.
*For our international guests, we can receive international shipping, however, we do not deliver your luggage from the hotel, internationally.
